Caring for your device:
Cleaning: Use the provided cloth to clean device. DO not immerse device in water at any time. Do not use alcohol, gasoline, or abrasive cleaning agents on plastic parts.
How to use your LuRey Revitalizer :
Step 1: Cleanse your face and apply your preferred water-based serum on wet face [DO NOT USE HEAVY SERUMS]
Step 2: Turn your device on to IR+M mode and gently move LuRey Revitalizer over the natural contours of your face; Then slowly move the device in upward movements ( from the corner of the mouth to sideburn area, from under THE nose to sideburn area, etc.) without dragging skin down. Press lightly enough to keep LuRey Revitalizer in direct contact with your skin. Treat each section for 3 minutes. If you are sensitive to the light, switch to M mode when using LuRey Revitalizer.
Step 3: Once Step 2 is complete, you may then apply any non-water-based LuRey serums and moisturizer as part of your normal skin care routine.
Inserting Batteries: Requires 3 AAA batteries
Be sure hands are dry before inserting batteries
Turn base ½ turn counterclockwise and remove
Slide battery slot out of the unit
Insert 3 AAA batteries (Match the +/- symbols on the battery with the +/- marks inside the battery slot)
Slide battery slot back inside the unit
Turn the cover clockwise to lock the cover.

A: We recommend that you use the device at least five days a week for the first 90 days, then 2–3 days a week to maintain results.

A: The current you'll feel is a non-harmful, low-level current that's very soothing and relaxing. You may feel a slight tingling sensation in certain areas. Facial sensitivity varies from individual to individual.
Q: How long does one treatment take?
A: One basic treatment takes five minutes a day. However, you may use the device every day for up to 20 minutes.
Q: What's the best time of day to use LuRey Revitalizer?
A: It may be used any time of day that fits your schedule.
Q: Can the device be used while wearing makeup or skin-care products?
A: No. Your skin should be clean and free of any makeup or sunscreen. Use a water-based treatment (an oil-free cleanser, or a LuRey serum) to prep your skin for treatment.
Q: What can I do to maintain my results?
A: Once you've achieved your desired results, you can continue to use the LuRey Revitalizer as needed following the instructions in the manual.
Q: Can I use my favorite anti-aging creams or serums with my LuRey Revitalizer?
A:Yes, as long as it’s water based.
Q: What can I do if I don't like the Red LED lights?
A: If you're sensitive to the lights, switch the device to M mode.
Limited Warranty Statements
The limited warranty for the product extends for one (1) year beginning on the date of purchase of the product with a valid proof of purchase. The limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product and is not assignable or transferable to any subsequent purchaser/ end user. The external housing and cosmetic parts shall be free of defects at the time of shipment and, therefore, shall not be covered these limited warranty terms. Upon request from El LuRey, the consumer must provide information to reasonably prove the date of purchase.
What this warranty does not cover:
1.Defects or damages resulting from use of the product in other than its normal and customary manner.
2.Defects or damages from abnormal use, abnormal conditions, improper storage, exposure to moisture or dampness, unauthorized modifications, unauthorized repair, misuse, neglect, abuse, accident, alteration, improper installation, or other acts which are not the fault of El LuRey, including damage caused by shipping, spills of food or liquid.
3.That the Customer Service Department at El LuRey was not notified by consumer of the alleged defect or malfunction of the product during the applicable limited warranty period.
4.Damage resulting from the use of non-El LuRey approved accessories.
5.All plastic surfaces and all other externally exposed parts that are scratched or damaged due to normal customer use.
6.Products used or obtained in a rental program.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
